Mrs. Carolyn Briggs Crabb, 92, widow of James H. Crabb passed away at her home in Terre Haute Thursday Nov 7 (1946). She was born in Vigo County where she lived throughout her lifetime. She was a member of the Methodist Church which she attended regularly until her hearing began to fail a few years ago. Surviving are three children, John B of Chicago, Merrill W of Kingman and Mrs. JE Sayre of Terre Haute; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 o’clock at Terre Haute. Burial was in Highland Lawn Cemetery.
